This week, Gene prepares to go deeper into what marketing is and how it can help your business. He explains that the episodes so far have been helping you build a foundation for marketing your business but it’s time now to drive more leads to your business. He says that some information we need to know is what we can do or spend on to help drive leads into the business. Gene advises listeners to find out what an average retail customer is worth.

He goes on to discuss how that can be broken down into two parts where you have retail hail customers and retail door dings or dent customers. Once you get those details, you can figure out what you need to do or how much you need to invest to drive new customers into your business. Gene further talks about his average retail ticket which is about $300 and therefore he knows he can work out what amount he can spend to bring in a lead.
