On this week’s episode of PDR Marketing Minute, Gene recaps what he said about the Review System and how you should be leveraging your reviews in order to gain more business. He explains how leveraging the reviews works and matters when it comes to your business.
He goes on to say that when you are talking to another PDR technician or someone who knows about PDR, terms like big smashes, PDR, knocking down, glue pulling, and crowns make sense. But for a client who isn’t familiar with the terms, the language is a lot simpler. They use terms like “it disappeared” or “its like magic” which make it a lot more believable coming from a client.
Gene says it best to leverage those reviews because it gives other people a chance to see what your customers think about you and how they describe your service in their own words. This will not only help others understand what you do, but it could also lead to new jobs because a potential customer understood the language of your existing customer.
