Before you can setup a YouTube ad, you must have Google AdWords set up as well.
There a number of options available inside YouTube advertising and the one that is most commonly used is the Bumper Ad. This is the ad that begins playing and then can be skipped after a few seconds. Although this might seem like a disadvantage, it can get your business out to a wider audience. One of the best parts about the Bumper Ad is that you don’t have to pay for the view if the person skips the ad or watches less than 30 seconds (or half the ad).
When you make a video for the Bumper Ad, you have 5 seconds to give the viewer all the information you want that will give them a glimpse of what you do and what services you have to offer. If those 5 seconds are not enough to grab the attention of the viewer and they skip the ad, you don’t pay for it. If they don’t skip the ad, you can get your entire message across and inform them, in detail, of what you can do.
In the PDR business, video is extremely important because it can get your face in front of your customers and potential customers which helps build a trusted relationship. You can then take that video and redirect them to your website. This will help build your channel as well as your website at the same time. Views are relatively cheap and are a great way to boost your business with a small amount of cash.
