There are 2 ways to follow up after sales or market your services better:
After a person asks for an estimate, most of us don’t follow up through email. It is helpful to follow up with the person and remind them that you are the best PDR business in the area and that they should be coming to you. You can send them a 3 part email telling them the advantages of getting their hail damage repairs done through PDR which will not only educate them on the subject, but also let them know that you remember them and are looking forward to working on their car.
The other way to market your business through emails is to create a review system or a report that can be downloaded for free in exchange for their email ID’s by anyone visiting your website. With this, you can go back and email them and ask them if you can answer and questions or clear any doubts that they might have about PDR.
With these two tips and tricks, you can market your business better and reach a larger audience with something as simple as an email. You don’t even have to send it out as most of the email services offer automated emails which makes it even easier for you.
