3 RULES you must follow for successful PDR sales!
With these 3 rules, you should be able to make a lot more money in your PDR business.
Rule number 1 is to never go to check out a job or repair without a price guide. The price guide can be in the form of a physical printed copy or a digital one on Mobile Tech RX. The reason why you should always have a guide with you is because you don’t want to overestimate or underestimate a dent repair.
Rule number 2 is after you check the guide and set the estimate, you need to stop talking. More often than not, there will be an awkward silence but the person who speaks first after that silence is the one who will lose the negotiation. Let the customer hear the estimate and respond to it before you can explain to them why it would cost them that amount. This will let them know that what you’re offering is quality work rather than just another dent repair job.
Rule number 3 is you have to close the sale or at least, ask for the sale. After everything else, you need to hit the customer with, “So when would you like to book an appointment?” or “Tell me your budget so we can see what we can work with here”. You should be ending the conversation with a line about the sale, if not, you will not be making enough money.
Implementing these 3 rules will surely boost your business and help you close more gigs and earn more in the process as well.
