What can your Google Business listing do for you?
A few episodes ago, I talked about the importance of having a Google My Business listing for your business through business.google.com. After getting your listing card and getting verified, there are some things it will help you with.
Firstly, your Google listing will put your location on a map or, for mobile businesses, will mark your service area.
Next, your listing will open your business up for reviews once your listing is verified. You can create a short code that can be shared with customers and will let them leave you reviews quicker.
You can also add pictures – before and after – so that people can see your work instantly. With the photos, you can use geo-tagging to pinpoint the location of the repair.
Lastly, you can also create short blog posts that will help put your business higher in the ranking of Google.
All these above-mentioned points will get you some amazing SEO for your business listing. And Google loves pushing Google Business listings when people search for local businesses.
