Gene says the first place you should be looking to expand is your already existing customer base. If you have any kind of retail presence including invoices or Mobile Tech RX, it is the best place to start. If you have your customer’s email addresses, all you need to do is shoot out an email reminding them of your services and that you are available if and when they need PDR after a hail storm. Because they have already worked with you and trust you, it will be easier to build a foundation from there.
In case you don’t have the email addresses of your customers but have their physical addresses, you can send out postcards or sales letters to pass on the same information. Although the process is a lot more expensive than emailing, it ensures that they receive and read your reminders.
