He then further explains that in the past week, he had shot a video that teaches customers how to check whether their vehicle hood or panel is made from aluminum by simply using a refrigerator magnet. Then there was a video to teach customers to identify whether their vehicle had a laminated glass or not. Gene then talks about how these videos, as well as the other educational content, is stored in a Note by his office manager, Jennifer. This helps her instantly send a link to a customer or potential customer dealing with a similar issue.
