On this week’s episode of PDR Marketing Minute, Gene reaches out to listeners while on the road. The episode talks about last week’s PDR College Podcast where other businesses were looked at and discussed to a point where specific lessons were learned. Gene also talks about what he learned from a restaurant where he took his wife out for a Mother’s Day dinner. The name of the restaurant is The Capital Grille and is Gene’s favorite steakhouse in Pittsburgh because they offer great service and even better food. Inside the restaurant, he discovered that they did not think about selling their services and products for a lower price or reducing their profits. Instead, they chose to offer their customers the best of everything from quality wine and cheese to Kleenex hand towels in the bathroom rather than regular paper towels.

Gene then goes on to encourage listeners to come up with unique ideas to incorporate into their own PDR businesses and offer customers an experience they will never forget. Giving your customers the best experience they can get will push them to trust you and choose you for any PDR service they require in the future.
