On this week’s episode of PDR Marketing Minute, Gene recaps the Mind You Business seminar that was held in Pittsburgh this weekend.
It all started on Friday night as they traveled to a sandwich shop in Downtown which had been around since 1933. On Friday morning, however, Kip Brooks began the seminar by discussing exciting sales tips and tricks. He also showed the audience how NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming works and got people to sign up for his 6-week course. Later, in the afternoon, Gene took over and he showed the audience how his sales process works for PDR and also gave real-life examples of his sales where his shop always has customers coming in. The night ended in Gene’s shop where his wife, Melissa, cooked some delicious food for the guests.
On Saturday morning, Dave Streen showed the audience some useful stretching techniques to stay limber and active for longer periods of time. He also later spoke on the various tricks to reach out to customers and market their businesses. Gene goes on to say that if you use that portion of the seminar in your business, you will make 100 times more than what you paid to get into the seminar. The afternoon came to a close with Masterminding which is a technique based on Napoleon Hill’s studies and included groups of people coming together and developing new ideas.
